No I didn't change anything.. I ate what I wanted but I think I have so much energy that I work the fat off.. (Good Thing, I am not a dieter)
My family and friends just can't believe it is me when they see me.. I love the compliments I get when I see someone haven't seen in awhile.. One thing I have done diffrent is I now cook at home alot more.. I look for recipes that are lower in calories.. I don't worry about Carbs or any of the other things Im not suppose to eat, As they say.. I just don't eat as much. I eat like 5 meals a day but they are small portions and I am full all the time.. I even eat a little candy or pie or cake, but oly in very small portions..If I am hungry I eat, but just until I feel full whitch dosen't take much. I have alot of friends and Family that have had the By-Pass surgery... They have lost some weight but not as much as I (even when they started around or befor I started)..I love this site because it gives me the support and the feeling like I am not alone in my eforts.. Thank you for your encouragementand insite on making this a easier way to lose. I started @ 327 pounds.. My goal is another 72 pounds and with the support and replies from you all makes it better. I hope you are as happy as I am about the program.. Thank you LoCal Sue...
