I don't have a now picture yet but I will soon.. I was not able to weigh myself for a couple of months, (I was busy) I was so shocked when I did have a chance two I just cried.. I haven't been under 300 pounds for many years.. I have decided to take a break from Phen for 1 week as It seems I am used to it.. Maybe it will kick back in after that.. Wish me luck!!..
