I am eating going to a weight loss doc... started at the popular 500 calorie diet and tweeked it a bit. I think hydration really is the key and trying to stay low carb to put yourself in a small bit of ketosis. works for me.
6/20 191 Starting weight
7/23 169 10%goal met 22 pounds lost
8/20 160 (rock on!) 30 lbs gone 30 to go
took a really long break
7/16/08 168 a year later starting again.....
