Oh, and I switched all the foods we do eat to whole grain, tons of veggies, like carrots and broccoli for treats or yogurt.and I cook every dinner now...I bought a book called Super Suppers..use it to pick a meal every night no eating out..luckily the phen gives me a lot of energy that was sorely lacking before too..
I am pre diabetic, 5'3" and was 156lbs...I need a great BMI to not get diabetes.
