Hi!
I'm here. It's been a weird week for me. Quit my job Monday...I felt so unappreciated and obviously I was as my boss's reaction was to say "Okey dokey, bye." and then walk away.

Interviewed for another job yesterday but not sure I really want it. Definitely need the bucks for the cruise but I'm having too much fun working on my website for my art business and completing a couple orders for folks. And, quite honestly, I cannot work (even just the 4 hours a day) and do the art business too. Takes a huge toll on my health.

So it's Title V job vs own business. Let's see...5 orders a week = same as one week's pay at the Title V job. And that's figuring lowest priced items. So I am praying about this but think I will end up just devoting time to making my business a success.

All right! Enough about that. On to challenge stuff. Got some great exercise tapes at the library Tuesday. They are really good (get my heart rate into target zone and keep it there) workouts designed for all levels of fitness. Best part - they are done sitting down and virtually no impact on my bad knee.

I've been faithfully drinking my water.

Food, on the other hand...well, I tend to eat when stressed. But I have been making good choices most of the time. Mostly fruit, a little fat-free, sugar-free ice cream (Blue Bunny makes it sweetened with Splenda...so yummy!)
I have still managed to keep my calories pretty much in check for the week, despite the extra snacks and the pasta dinner Sunday night. So far I have a daily average of 1559. I have been striving for an average of 1500 or less so I'm not too far off.
