I'm sorry, but I just read this post and I am shocked. You are eating one small meal a day, and you wonder why you're losing your hair? Does the diet doc know how little you are eating?
Your weight loss is impressive, but at what price? I'll grant you, mine has been much slower, but I'm not losing hair.
I really think you need to talk with someone knowledgable about what a normal, healthy eating plan would be for you. One small meal per day is starvation.
