Thank you all for your advice. I was a very bad girl last night & had a plate of spegehetti and garlic bread and eat late w/ my boyfriend. Maybe that will be enough to "trick" my body. I have a wedding I have to go to on October 7th & I'm hoping I can drop another 5-7 lbs by then. I know that is a lot but hey, my goals are always too high.
