the first week in generally water weight loss...since you are not terribly obese you will probably lose slower than someone your height that started out over 200. make sure you eat 1200 calories a day to keep your body from going into starvation mode...and take a break this weekend and have a cheat day, it will confuse your brain into thinking you are not dieting and kick up metabolism again...as always....water, water, water, and daily exercise....good luck!
