I think it would be cool to have a section dedicated to working out, where we could discuss workout plans, what helps us lose weight, etc. There are so many workouts around and since its a big part of weight loss with or without phen, there should be a board for it! It definitely increases your fat loss and rate of losing it! Whatcha think?
