I am also having the same problem. I ordered on july 11th and still do not have anything. My order status still states under medical review. I have sent a PM to John and I am waiting a reply from him.
I sent an email to the customer service dept from the place I ordered (my******.com)telling them to cancel my order but I am not sure if they will get that. Everytime I email them I get a "generic" automated response. This has been such a hassle.
