I noticed all the dates on this topic are old too. I would love to start the apple detox tomorrow but sadly I can't for some reason but I am going to start on Thursday. I don't have any olive oil and I don't want to buy them if I am going to use them for this detox lol. I would love to know why we need olive oil for this detox too!
