I'm back! Just checking to see how everyone is doing, great to find that many of you are starting to lose weight!
I've been maintaining at 154 for the last 2 weeks. I guess it's good to slow down a bit and get my body adjusted. I've started swimming too. Anyone has any suggestions to help me with the last 10-15 pounds? Should I do another round of apples? I just hate to eat another APPLE so soon.
