Cndy-Aww thanks girlie!!! I don't know if i will be here once you get on this evening but I am sending you all my strength right now so you don't have the munchies, we can do this and your almost done with day one!!! Two more to go, stay strong, we will do this.
I had my first apple of the day w/skin, I will peel the rest. It is 10:40am so I am interested in seeing how long I stay this full. I am drinking water and have taken my phen.
