count me in too!! just to get off to a good start, im sure that instead of the olive oil you can substitute this for a large glass of hot water with a tablespoon of suger in, as this is similar concept to the shanri-la diet where the body requires calories rather then the taste of the food, a tablespoon of sugar is roughly 400 calories, and drinking sugared water again tricks the mind into thinking that it has taken on excess calories therefore you should nt have a sweet craving they say not to eat anything an hour before the drink, and drink the water over a period of an hour so you need a two hour gap, dont know if it works, but scientifically should do all the best but i will give it a whirl let you know how i get on,
