I had a great day.
Breakfast- low fat yogurt
Lunch- 2 small pieces of veggie pizza and skim milk
Dinner- 4 oz. steak tender with cooked veggies and salad.
Dessert today: Yogurt pop
I finally got my TOM. I really hope that the weight will drop now.
I get the feeling that everyone is gone. I hope every one is OK.
