Ok yesterday wasnt such a great day--did the walk and kick and the walk part of the walk and yoga, then went on a very slow mile and a half walk with my baby.
B--three microwave pancakes light syrup
L--1 1/2 lean pockets
S--apple, fat free fudge bar
D--two cups spaghetti and meat sauce
S--cinnimon life with fat free milk
I dont know what was happening with my food yesterday, but was hungry all day! Well hubby is home to get me back on track. o yeah had 100 oz+ of water
