ok well this weeks weight is 163 down 4.8 pounds, so good for me. On mon the scale said 162 and i changed my ticker but I am not moving it back up, maybe i will be at 162 tomorrow, if i work hard today. I didnt do my goal of going outside to jog, hubby has been gone for the past five days and i cannot jog with the baby stroller, wait i did jog about 1/4 of a block, but thats doesnt count, couldnt do much more with the stroller, need to be able to swing my arms. Anyhow doing good with the weight loss think i will reach my goal of 157 by the time this challenge is over. Come on ladies hang in there, we are all doing so good.
