I just got a two month supply of the colonix. I called the place and they said if you couldn't afford 2-3 months of both it was better to do 2 months of the colonix and then later if you want to do them together for one month (like 6 months down the road). They said you can't get all that "crap" out of you in just the one month.

I will def post my updates with it, I should receive it saturday or monday and am going to start monday (if I get it in time) or tuesday. I'm nervous lol, isn't that funny?

Also amanda, I read a lot of people took it with Rice milk and liked it, or orange juice. I don't see why you couldn't add SF choco syrup to the rice milk if its still gross...or those SF Davinci syrups you put in coffee (I have like 12 flavors lol).
