be careful when you do that because if you take it,, if you take any sort of detox,, colon flush type deal the info says that it will expell any meds you take within two hours of use.. so donttake it around the same time as phen
i had broken ribs took a lortab then took internal flush( which works great and is stimuant free) and i was screaming in pain and couldnt figure out why?? well i had flushed out the pain meds,, i guess that is proof that some of the products out there work
i havent taken dr. nature,,, but the one i take you do 3-6 at bed with water,,, then once you are happy,, you take 1 every night and it maintains colon health so it does its job but then works as a supplement plus they sell it at walmart and its only like $9 i think... sorry im long winded but i hope this helps
