I am new to this site and noticed it too. I just recently started taking Phen tipping the scales at 5'3 and 206.2 (dont forget the .2 LOL) I would like to coordinate with others to meet on certain dates and times in the room to compare notes and lift up.

I have been struggling with weight since I stoped breastfeeding, and my male doctor didnt care.I felt trapped and not in control of my body and had difficulty beating my weight, until I met Doc Gittinger. She let ME take control and Phen was an excellent choice with my exercise which was solely walking and my nutrition I guess was distorted. Since I am on Phen, I added a series called Core Performance Essentials Level 1 (for the de conditioned or rehab) and 1A was difficult. I forgot you need to weight/strength train in conjuction with the cardio. The I got a ball and did the Gin Millers Slim & Trim Exercise Ball work out. The ball is SOOOOO much easier than the old gym class floor method, felt some burn and stopped. I need to be able to move to chase my 3 girls ages, 2,5, and 10. This is important to me, I want to see them marry, I want to be a Grandmother, I want to ENJOY marital intimacy again. I dont want to be thin, I want to be healthy and sexy. I know you cant put numbers on sexy, but my Mini Goal is 198 by 03/17 thats 10 pounds in a month. Anyone want to share how Phen has worked for them? What kind of loss did you experience, I take 37.5 once a day in the AM, and I feel 21 again (I will be 33 8/9) and feel as if I can get my sh*t in order!!!!
