Hi, Jewlee I started on 12-16-06 and the first two weeks I lost 11 lbs. I agree with shellabella that it depends on how much you have to loose. I started at 200 and since December 16 I am now only at 178. So it has been almost a month and 1/2. But I need to get to 130 for my small 5'2 frame. I try to avoid sugar as much as possible unless it is natural fo course. Oh I have'nt had a diet or regular soda since december 16 all I drink is water. I know that sounds horrible but you get used to it. What is your excercise routine? I work out usually every day either just my abs or the transfirmer workouts or I just walk on my treadmill.
