Just some random advice -- keep in mind that salads are not always healthy. Things like cheese, bacon, nuts and croutons can be a source for fat. The *biggest* one though is dressing. If you're at a salad bar and it's not marked as low fat/cal, assume it's very, very high in fat and use sparingly. I once had a McD's salad with no croutons or cheese and only half the packet of dressing and it still gave me very mild effects.
