Lipodrene should not be taken with Phen. It serves as an appetite suppressant containing mostly Ephedra, Hoodia, Caffeine, and 5-HTP. I'm back to taking it this week. I'm taking about 1/2 a pill one hour after breakfast and one hour after lunch. The bottle says to take one whole pill twice a day but that made me too jittery. I may work up to that. I think Lipodrene is good if you want to take a break from Phen but still need some help. I sleep fine with Lipodrene whereas the Phen may keep me up at night.
