my family doctor would not give me the phen eather. They told me to start with 1000 calories a day. Thats like eating nothing. I have to go every two weeks for a while. I meet with the doctor tomorrow at 3. I am so excited to start this. I walk now at least three days a week but its hard. I was going to the gym 2-3 days a week also. But I have 6 kids. Ages Alexis 18 years, ashleigh 12 years, Hayleigh 8 yeras, Kimber 4 years, jason jr 3 years, micheal giovanni 1 years old. So its very rough but I am going to start making more time for myself. I have no problem with water at all but I had a hard time getting off the soda pop. But I am doing so good with that I am really proud of myself with that. I have to get my house back together from this long weekend I will write more later. YOur both in education please don't grade my spelling.....lol
I'm 187 as of monday
I would like to be 170lbs by valentines day.
I want to drink lots more water.
Not eat after 7pm.
Walk my 30 minutes a day
Try to gag down a banana a day.
I want to make my uncorrdinated unbalanced butt and do pilates.
