I'd love to have a weight loss buddy! I've actually been on Phen for a year now. I'm currently taking a break because I've been stuck with the weight loss for a while now. I started at 260 last March, and I'm currently 207. I'm extremely frustrated because I'm eating less and less, and exercising more and more. I'm obviously doing something wrong. I'm scanning the posts on this site regularly now just looking for hints on getting off these plateaus.
