Hello, nice to see someone has finally replied. I weigh in tomorrow so we'll see how successful my first week was. I have been drinking tons of water and watching what I eat. I haven't gotten to the gym yet, but I have been walking and doing some bike riding. I really love this sight it really helps me keep on track. I will inform you on my 1 week weightloss tomorrow. Keep up on the water thing it really helps.
