Answer

There has been no official study to investigate the effects of taking phentermine and Alli at the same time.

To all intents and purposes Alli is a lower dose version of Xenical. Read our other FAQ: Can I take phentermine with Xenical?

Unlike Xenical, Alli is available over the counter without a prescription. Even though Alli is available without a prior prescription from your doctor if you are thinking of taking phentermine in conjuction with Alli you should discuss it with your doctor first.

Based on your medical history your doctor will be able to advise you as to whether you can take Alli with phentermine.
