  2. I just wanted to share my short experience. Started this on 10/8/16 at 181.4. Now *10/11/16 down to 176 however after today I will be stopping. I work in an ER and started the morning out with palpitations hr in 130s. Stuck it out they subsided but left a dull chest pain continued on through the day…. talked to someone who told me she went into cardiac arrest on this pill… a light clicked in my head… did am ekg was abnormal with inverted t waves… I’m a healthy 27 yr old with just some anxiety and last ekg in Jan was normal. Labs came back all good except potassium was a little low. So now I need to follow up with a cardiologist bc it’s still not sure if it was my potassium or the drug. So with 2 little girls that need me I will not be taking anymore as of tomorrow. (thankfully I was only on it 3 days) the weight coming off was nice and made me happy for once… now I’m just depressed and sluggish but I’m trying to take today as a sign that it’s just not for me and hoping I wake up tomorrow morning.

  6. I work out 6 days a week, two hours a day with an hour of cardio and an hour of strength training. I was doing my cardio at a medium pace today to monitor my heart rate now that I’m taking phentermine. My heart rate was around the 170s at a medium pace. What is the highest I should let it go? I’m pretty athletic and running pace with no meds is around 135-140 and sprinting at 7mph for long distances I get to 155ish. The 170s kind of have me worried but I’m no expert! How much is too high? I weight 187lbs at 5’2 and 40% body fat if that helps.

      Phentermine should be taken at the beginning of the day and normally on an empty stomach. Some brands of phentermine should be taken between half an hour and an hour before breakfast, or within two hours of eating breakfast.
