We have ALL been there – Fighting hunger while at work or on the go, striving to make it through until we can eat something nutritious and calorie-conscious. BUT, we cave into all of the not-so-healthy snacks that are so conveniently placed nearby… in the vending machine.
Vending machines. A potentially good invention that turned fatal once filled with chocolate, sweet treats, high-sodium snacks and sugar-filled drinks. The fact that they are common everywhere makes eating healthy on-the-go nearly impossible. We would love to live in a perfect world where this temptation wasn’t so readily available, but in the real world it’s alive and well, so that leaves the question: What IS the best option if we must make a stop at the vending machine?
